Genaro Rubino is the principal owner and founder of Plaza Realty & Management Corporation,
who lead its growth and development throughout the past three decades. Plaza became the area's first full service
real estate company to offer the gamut of specialized real estate services including sales, leasing, management,
and the administration of commercial and residential properties. Mr. Rubino is licensed for real estate practice
in Connecticut and New York. He is well known and respected throughout the community as an accomplished businessman
and has a distinguished record of service to charitable organizations. Mr. Rubino is presently a Director of the
Stamford YMCA, Past President and Director of the Exchange Club, former Vice President and Director of the
Stamford Boys and Girls Club, former Director of the American Red Cross, Italian Center, Yerwood Center,
founder and major sponsor of Stamford Youth Basketball, and served as Fund Raiser for Trinity Catholic High School,
Stamford Boys and Girls Club and Saint Joseph's Hospital. He is a member of the Stamford Chamber of Commerce and
serves on the Board of the Downtown Special Services District.

Michael has been employed by Plaza since March 1, 1982. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Real Estate
and Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut in May, 1981. Mr. Lombardo has been in real
estate and related fields through apprenticeships and work experience, and has held a Connecticut Real Estate
Salesman's License since May, 1978. The primary responsibility of Vice President is to oversee the property
management staff, interact with clients and proactively determine capital improvements for the buildings the company represents.
In addition to the above duties, Mr. Lombardo is a candidate in good standing with the Appraisal
Institute and has performed a variety of real estate appraisals, represented many clients with successful
tax appeals, and consulted on many real estate projects.

| RICHARD J. SMERIGLIO |

Richard began his career with Plaza during his junior year in college while attending the University of Connecticut. He successfully completed an internship program with Plaza enabling him to receive credit towards his B.S. degree with the University. He majored in Business Administration with a specialty in Real Estate and Urban Economic studies. He became a full time Plaza Team member in May, 1988.
During his nine-year experience with Plaza, Mr. Smeriglio has developed very effective management skills and has successfully used them in the efficient management of many of the condominiums in Plaza's portfolio. He is aggressive in dealing with all issues, while maintaining a special personal demeanor with clients and contractors. He understands the meaning of service and its importance to continuing long business relationships.
Mr. Smeriglio is a licensed Real Estate Salesman and Appraiser. He is Past President of the Fairfield County UCONN Alumni Chapter, currently serves on the Board of the Neighborhood Preservation Foundation, Inc. (Willard Manor), and is an alternate member of the Norwalk Conservation Commission.

Michael came on board Plaza in 1992 shortly after graduating from Providence College with a B.S. degree in Management.
Prior to joining Plaza, he worked his way through college employed by A.F. Conte & Company, a general contractor,
acquiring a keen sense of the building trades and construction management.
Throughout his career at Plaza, Mr. Hibbert has been able to effectively draw from his educational and professional experiences.
He utilizes a hands-on aggressive style while recognizing the unique needs of each client in Plaza's portfolio.
He has developed a proven track record while successfully dealing with the challenges of today's real estate environment.
In addition, Mr. Hibbert is a licensed Real Estate Salesman and an active member of the Providence College Alumni Association.

| THOMAS J. D'AGOSTINO |

Thomas joined the Plaza Team in 1996. After attending Sacred Heart University for two years he was recruited
by American Linen Supply Company and quickly promoted to Route Supervisor, managing eight people in eight territories.
He has experience in the construction field for five years with the Mason's Local #8 of Stamford.
Tom was employed by Keough's Turn of River Hardware and due to his extraordinary sales ability was promoted to Commercial Sales Manager.
Since joining Plaza, Tom has clearly demonstrated his ability to satisfy the needs of clients, in addition to acquiring a
remarkable knowledge of property management. His many years of experience in sales, construction and leadership have all
come together to make him a successful manager of several of Plaza's properties.

| PAUL A. KOPEC |

Paul accepted a position with Plaza in May of 2004. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Connecticut and has had a career in commercial and residential property management since 1980.
As a past president of the board of directors of a cooperative community managed by Plaza Realty for over thirty years, Mr. Kopec recognized that his hands-on, service oriented management style was a good fit with Plaza’s philosophy. His expertise in controlling operating costs while demanding high-level performance from contractors and service providers has always been an asset to the properties he has overseen.
Mr. Kopec has been a long-term member of the Fairfield County Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association.

Michael joined Plaza Realty & Management Corporation in April of 2005. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in May of 2004 with a degree in political science and a minor in criminal justice.
Throughout his tenure at Plaza, Mr. Huebner has been able to effectively draw from his educational, professional, and personal experiences. He recognizes the value of a service oriented management style and the importance of continuing long business relationships, and he demands a high-level performance from contractors and service providers.
