CONSTRUCTION & ADMINISTRATION At some point every condominium association will be required to undertake a construction project. As simple as they may appear even the smallest project can become very complicated and unpredictable to the untrained and inexperienced homeowner. Plaza understands construction administration and is trained and experienced in delivering turnkey projects. From pre-planning to final punch-listing the Plaza Team knows construction better than any other management company and is better equipped and experienced to represent its clients in all aspects of construction. The Plaza Team is willing and able to address any or all of the following needs.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT Age, usage, cost savings and technology change are all things that create the need for capital improvements. Capital project specialists at Plaza are expert in analyzing cost/benefits and advise the Association on projects it is considering or should be considering. Whether it is for code compliance, aesthetic enhancement or for energy saving, Plaza will undertake a comprehensive analysis of requirements, cost and benefit of undertaking capital improvement projects and report its findings to the Association. Plaza capital project experts are also able to prepare a Master Plan of Improvement for planning and presentation purposes. They are experienced with insurance claims, adjustments and undertaking work necessary to restore or upgrade property. |
